Our team of professionals will individually personalise your tin of 24 Black Edition colour pencils. Your personalised pencil tin will be printed with the name and colour choice exactly as entered in the text box on our website, so please carefully check all details are correct prior to adding to cart.

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and there can be no changes to the name or colour included for the tin. Faber-Castell cannot be held responsible for spelling errors made during the ordering process. The picture generated on the product page is for display purposes only, and the result may differ slightly from the generated picture.

Please note, we reserve the right to censor messages that are profane or insulting.

Please note these tins are not gift-wrapped. Each personalised tin will be wrapped in a cardboard mailer for protection and then packed into a mailing satchel. If you order more than one tin, each tin will be packed into an individual cardboard wrap mailer but packed into the same shipping satchel or box for transport.

We hand-personalise all your orders then send them off with Australia Post. This process can take up to 2 weeks for personalisation and shipping. To ensure you get your delivery in time for Christmas, please order before 11:59pm 11/12/22.

As this is a personalised product made just for you, we do not offer returns. Please double check your spelling and ensure you are happy with your colour choice before checking out.

We do provide refunds where personalised products supplied are not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. If you have received a personalised product that is not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose, please contact us.

You can order multiple tins through the website. We can only deliver to one address per order placed online. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, you must place a new order for each unique address you require delivery to.

Unfortunately, we require a physical home or work address to deliver the gift boxes. Purchasers must provide a physical address and not a PO Box or parcel locker.

The offer will be live until 11.59pm on the 11th of December 2022, however this is a limited edition offer that is only available while stocks last. If we sell out before this date the offer may no longer be available. Once sold out this will be communicated on this website.

Once you have checked out and received your order confirmation email, we cannot cancel your order as it has been sent off for printing. If you need to update delivery details and the order has not been shipped yet, we can change this for you. Please email us at: enquiries@faber-castell.com.au
